(1) For the benefit of the Park, the Government of Nepal may arrange for hotel, lodge, camp, public transport or other similar services or facilities within the Park by itself or in agreement with any person.

(2) According to sub-rule (1) when the service is operated by other persons, the Government of Nepal may prescribe the conditions thereof as necessary. Owners of hotels, lodges, restaurants or tea shops must enter into an agreement with the Government of Nepal in accordance with these regulations within six months from the date of commencement of this regulation.
